These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to employers posting job opportunities and job seekers applying for roles. The Service is intended to facilitate the connection between job seekers and employers, and these Terms outline the conditions under which this connection is made.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). Your continued use of the Service after the Terms have been updated indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of Jobseekr, you may be required to create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Job Posting and Application

Job Posting Guidelines

Employers are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in their job postings. This includes the job title, description, required qualifications, location, salary range (if applicable), and any other relevant information. Misleading or false job postings are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Job Postings

Job postings that promote illegal activities, discrimination, or any form of harassment are not allowed. Jobseekr reserves the right to remove any job postings that do not comply with these guidelines or that we deem inappropriate for our platform.

Application Process

Candidates are expected to apply for jobs by providing accurate and truthful information about their qualifications, work history, and other relevant details. Spamming multiple applications for unrelated positions or submitting false information is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Applications

Candidates must not apply for jobs under false pretenses, submit fraudulent applications, or provide misleading information. Such actions may result in the removal of the application and potential suspension of the user’s account.

Jobseekr’s Rights

Jobseekr reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any job postings or applications that do not comply with our guidelines or that are deemed inappropriate. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with such activities.

No Guarantees

Jobseekr does not guarantee the availability of any job listed on our platform, nor do we guarantee that a candidate’s application will result in a job offer. Jobseekr is not responsible for the actions or decisions of employers or candidates.

Payment and Subscription

Subscription Plans

Jobseekr offers a variety of subscription plans tailored to meet the needs of different users. Each plan comes with its own set of features and benefits. Please refer to our pricing page for detailed information on the available subscription tiers.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize Jobseekr to charge the applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly). The first payment will be charged on the date you subscribe, and subsequent payments will be charged on the same date of each billing cycle.

Renewal and Cancellation

Jobseekr does not offer automatic renewals. Once your subscription period ends, your access to premium features will expire unless you manually renew your subscription. You will receive reminders as the expiration date approaches, allowing you to renew in time to maintain continuous access.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid, including for partial months or unused services. In exceptional cases, such as billing errors, we may issue refunds at our discretion.

Failure to Pay

If a payment is not successfully processed due to expired payment information, insufficient funds, or otherwise, your subscription will not be activated, and you will not have access to the premium features. Please ensure that your payment details are up to date.

Intellectual Property

All content available on Jobseekr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Jobseekr or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Jobseekr content without prior written permission from us.

User-Generated Content

As a user of Jobseekr, you retain ownership of the content you submit, including resumes, job postings, and profile information. However, by submitting content to Jobseekr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of our platform.

Restrictions on Use

You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or publicly displaying any of Jobseekr’s content without prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, our trademarks, logos, and any branding associated with Jobseekr. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Termination of Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, you will lose access to all Jobseekr services, and any data associated with your account will be deleted or archived in accordance with our data retention policy. No Refunds

No refunds will be provided for any subscription or service fees paid, whether termination is initiated by you or by Jobseekr. Any prepaid fees are non-refundable, and you will not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refunds.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of Jobseekr’s services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by [Arbitration Service Provider] in accordance with its rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties. The award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Appeals from the arbitrator’s decision shall be limited to the grounds provided under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Indirect Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobseekr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from your use of the platform, even if Jobseekr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability Cap

In no event shall Jobseekr’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the platform exceed the amount you have paid to Jobseekr in the twelve (12) months preceding the event or circumstance giving rise to such claim(s).

No Warranty

Jobseekr provides the platform on an "as" "is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Jobseekr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, Jobseekr’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
